2. PRESCRIPTION satai / SATE
ingredients:
500 grams of meat has in
Ground Spices:
10 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 red chilies
2 cm laos
2 tsp coriander
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp pepper
50 grams of brown sugar
2 tablespoons water 1 tsp tamarind from tamarind
1 tsp salt
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
500 ml coconut milk being thickened
750 grams of beans, fried, mashed
2 bay leaves
5 lime leaves
3 stalks lemongrass
5 cloves of garlic, chopped, fried
2 tablespoons brown sugar combed
1 tsp salt

HOW TO MAKE satai:

Cut the meat as you wish not to be too large and governance in the sate puncture. Sprinkle with spices and let stand in refrigerator up to 3 hours. Grilled skewers on hot coals with occasional seasoning until cooked evenly spread.
Boil coconut milk until boiling, add lemon grass, lime leaves, bay leaves, fried onions, brown sugar, salt and nuts, cook briefly.
Serve skewers with peanut sauce which was equipped with a sweet soy sauce and orange limo.
