4. RECIPES SOTO
Ingredients: fried onions, tofu, celery, sauce, soy sauce and chili.
250 grams of beef brisket beef
1 kg of beef offal that have been cleaned
5 cm cinnamon
3 bay leaves
½ grains of nutmeg, crushed
500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 liter of broth
puree:
6 cloves of garlic
10 red onions
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
½ tbsp toasted coriander
2 tsp pepper grain, toasted
½ tsp cumin, toasted
3 point pecans, toasted
Complementary Presentation:
3 scallions, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
3 red tomatoes, thinly sliced lengthwise
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons fried shallots
100 grams of fried chips
1 lemon, cut into pieces
sambal chili sauce

HOW TO MAKE SOTO:

Boiled beef and beef offal in enough water until soft. Remove the bacon and beef offal and cut into pieces.
Heat oil, saute ground spices, cinnamon, bay leaves, and nutmeg. Stir until fragrant and cooked. Insert meat and beef offal, Stir. Pour the broth and cook until boiling.
